<sub>Fictional prose and general annoyance aside, my life's been... a mess lately. Quite literally too, thanks to the CSI covering my flat in fingerprint dust two weeks ago after a burglary. But that's just by-the-by.

I'm at this point where I cannot be bothered to really use my Wacom for anything but browsing. I think the moment I finished Ad Memento, it was clear that this was it. You may have noticed it already, and if not, well... here's the written proof: I'm tired of painting. Or maybe painting is tired of me, I don't know. Fact is, the moment I open Photoshop, all inspiration makes a run for it.

Perhaps it's due to something that happened back then when I was painting said piece, perhaps it was just one of those things that were meant to happen eventually anyway. Time to move on and discard the once loved like an empty crisp packet.

No, I am not stopping for good. Several oil paintings are in the works, I just cannot show all of them here. I'm also designing some images to maybe be painted onto custom-made surfboards, which should be fun once I actually get to doing it, since I cannot do it where I currently am. There is no such thing as a free lunch.</sub>
