The first in a row of commissioned pieces, based on a story.
The Samurai Templar are a mix between, as you may have guessed, Samurai and the Knights Templar, elite warriors, peaceful yet powerful...
I was given a great amount of artistic freedom with it, as the client wanted to hear my input on their concept. After the inital briefing I chopped and changed things around, based on historical facts as well as intuition. And boy did I have fun with that! =}
